A force to be reckoned with . . . the BV Warriors show off their awards
DAZZLING dancers from Beal Vale primary school in Shaw have scooped some silverware in a national cheerleading and street dance competition.
The BV Warriors put their best foot forward in the national schools championships at the Manchester Velodrome. They won the team spirit award, given to the team who best demonstrated true cheerleading spirit throughout the day. The energetic group has been training for three hours a week since February in preparation for the competition and even put in 15 hours over half-term.
And their efforts more than paid off, with the team also coming second in the advanced cheerleading and street cheer categories.
