WE’re now on countdown to one of the Chronicle’s most popular promotions — Top Tots!
It’s a fantastic opportunity for proud parents to have a portrait photograph of their pre-school youngster taken by a professional – and the picture featured in your Chronicle.
This year, with shopping giants Tesco Extra joining Pontin’s Holidays and the Portrait Group as main sponsors, we are able to offer nearly £3,000 worth of prizes.
Photo-shoots take place over two weeks (August 3-16 — see list), with parents returning a few days later to choose which of the images will appear in the Chronicle’s special Top Tots supplement on September 9. At this stage you will also be able to buy prints of the pictures, if you like.
Entry to the competition is completely free. There are three age groups: 0-18 months, 18 months-3 years and 3-5 years.
Chronicle readers will vote for their favourite cuties in each section, with voting forms appearing in the supplement and editions of the paper.
Each category winner will receive £100 in Tesco shopping vouchers, a canvas-style portrait (normal retail value £250!) and a fantastic, four-night family holiday at Pontin’s – with a bonus £50 voucher for Blue Zoo, the new children’s range at Debenhams; a family ticket to Knowsley Safari Park (worth £26), and a £25 Pizza hut meal voucher.
Runner-up and third-placed youngsters in each section of the poll will receive £50 worth of Tesco vouchers.
So make sure you’re at one of the photo-shoots for some great pictures and the chance of some top prizes!
