MOVE over George Sampson . . . Chadderton sensation Tyler Bolton is here to steal your street dancing crown.

The 11-year-old has reached the final of Dancing in the Street — one of the North-West’s biggest dance contests.

Tyler was chosen from hundreds of other youngsters to compete in the Street Dance heat and battled out in front of a live audience at Manchester’s Printworks against seven other contenders.

Strutting his stuff and demonstrating his impressive moves on the dance floor, Tyler was awarded top marks by the competition’s judges taking him through to the final.

Tyler, known as Kid Tyler on stage, is a solo street/break dancer who has been dancing for three years and was first inspired by watching his sister in competitions.

He said: “I’m really pleased to be through to the final. The competition was tough but it was great to see the judges and audience enjoying my performance.

“I’ll be changing my set for the final, adding in a few new moves and really making it bigger and better than ever.”

The final will take place at Pure in the Printworks on August 22. Visit www.theprintworks.com.
