A Princess passed through Greenfield en route to Scarborough on Friday.
The Princess Royal 6201 steam locomotive rattled through Greenfield carrying passengers on a heritage Scarborough Flyer trip to the east coast.
It set off from Crewe, and returned Friday evening, as it will do over the next four weekends. The magnificent engine once had a record run from London to Glasgow in 1936 in five hours 53 minutes non stop.
