FOUND DEAD . . . Frank Ashton
A MAN who went missing a day before he was due in court on trial for serious offences has been found dead.
Frank Ashton, of Picton Square, Oldham, was last seen at 2pm on November 12, 2008.
He went missing a day before he was due to appear at court to answer robbery and sexual assault charges.
Officers were called to a building on Hamilton Street in St Mary’s just before 1pm on Monday, August 3, after reports a man had been found dead, and discovered the 58-year-old’s body.
Police say there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and the details have been passed to the coroner.
