Teenager on robbery charges

AN 18-year-old faces court in connection with six robbery offences where cars were targeted.
Arran Crossnan, of Boarshaw Clough Way, Middleton, has been charged with attempted robbery and conspiracy to rob in connection with the attempted robbery of a taxi on Friday, August 7, in Old Hall Street in Middleton, along with four offences between June, 2008 and June, 2009, where high-powered cars were targeted and violence was used.
