AN outline planning application to demolish Delta Mill and residential redevelopment has been recommended for approval.
Money Controls Ltd has submitted the proposal for a massive 139 two, three and four-bed homes and flats at the New Coin Street site, Royton.
Near-by residents have been notified of the plan and no objections have been received by them so far.
The plan will be considered at tonight’s council planning committee meeting at the Civic Centre which starts at 6.
Councillors will also consider plans for Primary Care Centres in Shaw and Werneth.
The first application is for land at High Street/Westway, Shaw, and the second centre is planned for land at Alfred Street/Featherstall Road South, Werneth. Both health centre schemes are recommended for approval.
