GOLFERS raised £2,600 for Christie Hospital when Housing Units of Hollinwood held its latest charity event.
The fundraiser at Saddleworth Golf Club was enjoyed by 52 management, staff and suppliers of Housing Units.
It was the seventh golf day and brings the total raised for charity over seven years by the company to £75,000.
Spokesman Nick Fox said: “The charity we support is the choice of Housing Units’ staff, and we have a superb relationship with Christie’s, so handing over the cheque will be a great pleasure.”
The golf winner on the day day was Steve Evans of TCS North, Housing Units’ media planning agency, who took home a £300 Housing Units gift voucher.
