Man fighting for life after car overturns

A 31-YEAR-OLD man was fighting for his life in hospital after a serious road traffic collision in the early hours of this morning.
A black Porsche Cayenne overturned after it collided with a roundabout at the junction of Oldham Way and Featherstall Road North at about 2.25am.
Two men were inside the car at the time and the 31-year-old man has been taken to the Royal Oldham Hospital with serious head and abdominal injuries.
The other, a 32-year-old man, suffered cuts to his head.
Oldham Way and Featherstall Road North were closed for four hours as a result of the crash but have since reopened.
Fire crews from Chadderton were called to make the car, which costs around £47,000, safe and disconnect the battery.
