Flasher in court
Date published: 09 September 2009
A man who got drunk and thought it would be funny to walk around with his pants down appeared in court for indecent exposure.
Several women drivers were shocked by 21-year-old Stuart Kenny’s early morning rush-hour antics in Ancoats and rang police, Manchester magistrates were told.
Kenny, of Mill View, Lynwood Drive, Greenacres, admitted a charge of incident exposure. He admitted a further offence of possessing an offensive weapon, a knuckle-duster, found in his bag.
He apologised for his behaviour and was sentenced to a 12-month community order, under the supervision of the probation service, and told to pay £60 costs.
