Cannabis farm

A 25-YEAR-OLD man has been charged after a cannabis farm was found at a disused clothes shop in Mossley.
Biao Huang, of no fixed abode, was charged with cultivation of cannabis after 271 plants were discovered by police who searched the Stockport Road property on August 27.
He will appear before Tamseide magistrates on September 23.
