The previous club was demolished afer being gutted by fire last year
Limehurst Youth Centre will rise like a phoenix from the ashes after it was destroyed in a fire in January last year in what was believed to be an arson attack.
But now Oldham Council plans to build a new centre on the same site, surrounded by security fencing.
Plans have been submitted for the single storey building with aluminium cladding and a disabled access, which will be surrounded a two metre mesh fence.
The land outside will be grassed and there will be five parking bays.
The original building was bulldozed following the blaze. The popular centre was a focal point for teenagers, and had been given a £40,000 revamp five years before.
The new centre will have a social hall, office, and three meeting rooms.
