Restaurant conversion

Saddleworth could get a second restaurant in an industrial estate if plans for conversion of a Diggle unit go ahead.

This summer Fresca opened at Gatehead Business Park in Delph New Road, Delph, a 130-cover Italian trattoria.

Now a company has applied to use a unit at Grove House, Saddleworth Business Park, adjacent to Warth Mill.

Car parking is in the mill yard, and the restaurant would create eight full-time and four part-time jobs.
