Doorstep killing: two in court

TWO men from Chadderton have been charged with the murder of Amran Khan who was gunned down on his doorstep.
Brett Francis and Jordan Francis, both aged 26 and both of Birch Avenue, were due to appear at Oldham Magistrates Court today.
Father-of-two Amran (29), died after being shot in the chest at his home in Nugget Street, Glodwick, at 10.30pm on September 18.
His death was the second fatal shooting in Oldham in two months following the death of Junaid Khan, from Werneth.
Junaid (21) was shot on the car park of the Block Lane doctor’s surgery in Chadderton in July.
