Freddie Fit visits St. Joseph's School, Shaw.
FUN and fitness to music was the order of the day when Freddie Fit paid a visit to St Joseph’s School in Shaw.
Children from the nursery class to Year 6 enjoyed a full day of exercise and learned about keeping fit and staying active from the energetic Freddie.
Pupils started the day with a warm up before launching into aerobic and circuit sessions and then taking part in fitness challenges.
Stephen Hill, deputy head teacher, said: “It was brilliant day, there was a real buzz about the school. We all took part, including the teachers. The children loved it.”
