Bakery workers’ loyalty is rewarded

CELEBRATIONS were in order for Park Cake Bakeries employees whose long service was recognised at a special ceremony.

The annual awards saw 10 employees recognised for 30 years service and 13 employees celebrating 20 years with the company. The guests enjoyed a three-course meal at Hotel Smokies Park in Bardsley and received a gift and glassware. A spokesman for the company said: “It was fantastic to be able to award employees for their hard work, loyalty and commitment over many years.”
