Date published: 30 October 2009
A FAILSWORTH man has been charged with making threats to kill.
Peter Thornley (31), of Mather Street, appeared at Oldham Magistrates’ Court on Monday and was granted conditional bail to reappear at the court on December 21.
He was arrested last Friday when police searching for him also found three other people in two houses in the street in possession of cannabis. They were all arrested and bailed until December.
