£10,000 in drugs seized

DRUGS worth more than £100,000 were found when police raided a house in Chadderton.
Seven people aged between 19 and 28 were arrested on suspicion of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply following the operation in Kent Avenue, Crossley Estate. They have all been bailed until 2010.
Sergeant Kam Hare, of Chadderton Neighbourhood Poling Team, said: “Offenders need to know that we are watching them and we will act on it. I welcome any information from the public which will assist us.”
