An appetite for business

THE Oldham business community turned out in force for the annual chamber of commerce dinner.
Comic Lea Roberts entertained around 70 guests at the event at Clough Manor, Denshaw.
Local president Paul Roberts also spoke of his concerns for Oldham’s economy in the current credit crunch.
But he urged local businesses to join the chamber, stressing that it had the staff and the facilities to help them.
