A TEENAGER has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after the collision which killed Blue Coat School pupil Christopher Dale.
The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear at Salford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, December 3.
Christopher was 15 when he was killed in a collision with a Mini Cooper as he crossed Lees Road, Salem, near the Wellyhole Street junction, at 10.15pm on June 13.
The grass verge became a sea of floral tributes as friends and family paid tribute to the kind and loving boy.
Christopher, of Bramble Avenue, Moorside, was described as an outstanding pupil on track to receive top class GCSE grades.
