FESTIVE flavour . . . after the Royton switch-on
ROYTON was aglow with festivity last night as Santa arrived to turn on the Christmas lights.
He was helped by three children — Matthew Bradley, Elise Hopkinson and Freya Hilton from the Royton After School Care Association (RASCA) — who became celebrities for the day after being chosen to perform the switch-on. Residents flocked to the town hall to enjoy the seasonal entertainment.
