HIGH Crompton Park is now dazzling in festive spirit after youngsters helped turn on the Christmas lights.
St Mary’s School Band entertained with music at the event organised by the Friends of High Crompton Park and pressed the plunger to light up the display.
Visitors enjoyed mince pies and a glass of sherry with children given sweets and soft drinks.
Shaw and Crompton Parish Councillor David Dunning said: “I’d like to thank the school for joining in. It was a great night.”
