Councillor Dave Hibbert has sent out his “Chadderton Matters” e-mail newsletter with the following information Those missed on December 22 were being collected today. Extra rubbish bags placed out next to refuse bins in sacks which must be tied will be taken away.
All missed recycling collections will not have an alternate collection. Residents are advised to put recycling containers plus any extras out on the next scheduled collection date on their calendar.
Green waste has now been suspended and will start again from January 4, 2010. In the event of further disruption, new information will be issued.
