POLICE in Shaw have arrested three people and seized cannabis plants and resin in a crackdown on drugs.
Following concerns from residents about drug dealing, officers from the Royton and Shaw Neighbourhood Policing Team executed warrants at two addresses over the festive season.
PC Adam Murphy, from the team, said: “I would like to thank the public for providing us with information that led to these arrests and hope this sends a warning to offenders that we will not tolerate drug dealing in our communities.”
Contact the team on 0161-856 8983, or call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
