Amber hoping to net Miss England crown

LOCAL lovely . . . Amber Hazelton is hoping to be crowned the next Miss England
TALENTED teenager Amber Hazelton is urging Oldhamers to get behind her campaign to become the next Miss England.
The 17-year-old came out top in the regional heats and will enter the national semi-finals in Leicestershire on June 14.
The former Denshaw Primary School pupil, who is now studying A-Levels in photography, PE and textiles at a college in Blackburn, is the granddaughter of Julian Prag, who ran jewellery shop J Prag & Sons in Oldham town centre for 40 years.
Amber is a keen netball player and currently plays for Oldham Netball Club who have won the National Championship several times.
She has also played for Lancashire County Netball Club and is currently completing her Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award.
