Gangs clash

PART of Oldham was cordoned off by police after a fight broke out between two gangs.
The Brewery Tavern, Whittles, and Jackson’s Pit, George Street, were taped off last Sunday afternoon. Police found one man with cuts to his head. Three boys aged 16 and a 17-year-old were arrested on suspicion of affray and were released on bail until April 4 for further inquiries.
