MEMBERS of an art class run by Saddleworth painter John McCombs have put their best work on display.
The exhibition includes figure and landscape paintings and drawings and will run at the Millgate Arts Centre in Delph until Saturday.
John’s group, which is now in its 42nd year, welcomes members from as far afield as Preston, Bolton and Barnsley and is always fully subscribed.
He said: “Members work from the clothed model during the winter months but we go outdoors to paint during the summer evenings and our annual exhibition at the Millgate gives class members something to work towards.”
