Pancakes on menu

Pancakes were on the menu for little chefs learning all about the Shrove Tuesday tradition.
Youngsters at the Giggle and Grow Day Nursery, in Horsedge Street, Oldham, helped to mix up a bowl of batter ready to be cooked.

And after taking part in the fun-filled cookery class, the children enjoyed a pancake with a tasty topping or two.
