Fire-fighters Peter Stevenson and Mike Dewar visited a Shaw school to share their Haiti experience with pupils.
Peter, from Royton, and Chadderton-based Mike were part of a team of fire-fighters from Greater Manchester who flew to Haiti to help with the rescue mission following the earthquake last month.
The pair, who took with them rescue dog Anna, visited St George’s East Crompton Primary to oversee the youngsters’ fund-raising hat-making efforts.
