SADDLEWORTH rockers The Fayre will support rising star Daisy Dares You at Oldham Library.
The teenager will take to the stage on Monday as part of the Get It Loud In Libraries Tour.
The Fayre are famed for their upbeat brand of jaunty pop and can count Inspiral Carpet Clint Boon as a fan.
The quartet already have an appearance at Glastonbury under their belts as well as a headline slot at Peter Hook’s new Manchester club FAC 251.
The children’s library will be transformed into a live music venue for Monday’s gig, starting at 7.30pm, which is open to all ages.
Daisy, who has just completed a tour with chart-topping rapper Chipmunk, has topped the iTunes music video chart with her debut single “Number One Enemy”.
Tickets for Monday’s event are £5 and are available online at www.seetickets.com or from Oldham Library.
