Tess sparkles on the dance floor at 90!

SPRIGHTLY Tess Edwards dons her sparkly silver shoes for an energetic line dancing session three times a week — not bad for a 90-year-old.

Tess is a member of Oldham Renegades which meet at Chadderton Town Hall and the pensioner also goes to a weekly line dancing night at the Polish Club in Werneth as well as fitting in classes at other venues wherever possible. And it’s not just at classes where Tess indulges her love of line dancing.

The Oldham Renegades have organised a trip to Portugal so they can enjoy their hobby in sunnier climes and Tess has also taken her line dancing passion to Benidorm. Tess’s friend Jackie Hulme said: “She is an inspiration.”
