Oldham Athletic in the community:
A FAMILY-run bakers came up with an inventive and tasty way of commemorating the 20th anniversary of Oldham Athletic’s Littlewoods Cup final trip to Wembley.
Bradley’s in Hurst Cross cooked a large pork pie featuring the Athletic and Nottingham Forest badges, made completely from pastry.
Owners Mark and Gillian Bradley are devoted Latics fans and presented their delicious “Wembley” pie to staff at Boundary Park.
Oldham lost 1-0 to Nottingham Forest in their first major final in 1990.
Bradley’s have also created a steak and ale pie which features meat from Oldham and beer from Nottingham.
