Rape charge

TWO Oldham men have been charged after a woman was raped and burgled in her own home.
Obrian Macsoni (28), of Lees Road, has been charged with one count of rape, one count of sexual assault and burglary.
Neal Price (22) of Bottom O’ Th’ Hill, was charged with burglary.
The pair appeared at Oldham Magistrates’ Court yesterday and have been remanded in custody until July 6 when they are due to appear at Minshull Street Crown Court, Manchester. The charges relate to an incident on April 10.
