Court date set for Assembly Hall trial
Date published: 28 April 2010
A DATE has been set for a trial against the owners of Royton Assembly Hall.
Whispers Developments (UK) Ltd are accused of three charges including failing to build and maintain hoardings around the hall in accordance with the Highways Act.
The owners previously submitted not guilty pleas on March 31 and the matter was for a case management hearing listed at Oldham Magistrates Court yesterday.
No one from the company attended court yesterday so magistrates listed the one day trial for May 18 in their absence.
