Scrapyard inferno

FIREFIGHTERS tackled a massive blaze at a Watersheddings scrapyard in the early hours.
Crews were called to Broadbent Autos in Broadbent Road at 12.15am after around 75 cars went up in flames.
Officers were still fighting the fire at 8am and drafted in an aerial appliance, the operational support unit from Hyde and two specialist firefighting appliances.
