Trapped man charged

A 27-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with burglary after being trapped under a shop wall on Sunday night.
Ian Sneath, of Oakworth Croft, Moorside, appeared before Oldham magistrates yesterday.
The Chronicle reported how police were called to Andy’s Autoparts on Yorkshire Street, Oldham, shortly before 8.20pm on Sunday following reports of a break-in to the rear of the shop.
He was taken to the Royal Oldham Hospital for treatment to abdominal injuries.
Two other youths, aged 16 and 17, were arrested on suspicion of burglary on Sunday and bailed until May 24 pending further inquiries.
