£600,000 of forged notes found

POLICE discovered a £250,000 haul of counterfeit notes when they stopped a Range Rover near junction 22 the M62 at Saddleworth.
West Yorkshire Police arrested a 60-year-old Bradford man on suspicion of money-laundering offences during the incident which happened at 7.30pm last Wednesday.
Further investigations resulted in a joint operation between police in West Yorkshire and North Wales searching farmland in Mold the following day
They discovered another £350,000 of counterfeit notes and equipment which could be used to produce counterfeit cash.
Two men from Leeds and one man from North Wales were arrested and were due to appear in court today.
