MP’s 40-year celebration

MICHAEL Meacher, MP for Oldham West and Royton, will be marking 40 years in politics with a celebration dinner and fundraiser on June 18.

A three-course Asian- style dinner will be held in the function suite of the Taj Palace Restaurant, based in the old King Street Co-op building.
