Liam takes the chain of office

Oldham Youth Mayor Mohammed Adil has handed over his chain to his successor.

Taking up the reigns is Liam Turner (17), an Oldham Sixth Form College student from Hollins, who will spend the next 12 months attending civic duties alongside the Mayor of Oldham councillor David Jones.
