Girls and boys just wanna have fun

POSH frocks and smart suits were the order of the day for Counthill School students who celebrated in style at their end-of-year prom.

Youngsters donned their finest fashions to enjoy a meal and dance at the Macdonald Hotel and Spa, in Manchester.

The style stakes were high as the boys chose sharp suits, shiny shoes and tuxedos for their big night.

But it was the girls who brought the wow factor in crystal-encrusted gowns and pretty party dresses, with tiaras and flowers to finish the look.
