A FORMER Hulme Grammar School pupil has become the youngest student in her year to qualify as a doctor.
Amrita Chandra found out she had passed all her exams at Hull York Medical School on her 22nd birthday — six years after her medical training started.
Most students don’t start university until they are 18, having completed A-levels. But at 18, Amrita had already been at university for two years.
