Gun charge

A TEENAGER is due to appear at Oldham Magistrates Court today following a fireams incident in Oldham.
Jake Smith (19), of Aden Street, Salem, is charged with possessing an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. Smith was charged after police officers were allegedly shot at with a replica weapon in the early hours of Saturday.
