BUDDING gardeners showed what a great group of little growers they are as part of the second annual Hollinwood Cluster show at Daisy Nook Garden Centre.
The competition was attended by green-fingered pupils from gardening groups at schools in Hollinwood, Limeside and Fitton Hill.
Youngsters showed off their creative skills and competed in 14 different classes, from growing vegetables and floral displays, with rosettes and vouchers for each winner.
The overall Best in Show category was won by Spring Brook School who took home a £50 voucher and the annual Oasis Academy Oldham trophy.
Alan Andrew, horticultural teaching assistant at Kaskenmoor School and show organiser, said: “It was a brilliant show, very well attended.”
