Families forced out

TWO families were evacuated from their homes in Longfellow Crescent, Sholver, last night after arsonists set fire to a neighbouring empty property.
Emergency crews from Oldham and Chadderton spent two-and-a-half hours at the scene after they were called out at 10.45pm.
The families were allowed back into their homes in the early hours.
