Squat toilet quashed

CONTROVERSIAL plans to install squat toilets to a shopping centre in Rochdale have been flushed.
Bosses at the Exchange Shopping Centre wanted to convert two toilets last month after going on a cultural awareness course.
But Rochdale Council put pressure on the centre’s parent company DB Estates to scrap the idea.
