Drugs charge

AN OLDHAM man charged with drugs offences will appear before Bradford Crown Court on Thursday in connection with a multimillion-pound conspiracy.
Mohammed Arif (38), of Hillside Avenue, Greenacres, was one of seven men and women charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
He appeared before Bradford magistrates yesterday and was remanded in custody.
During police searches across Oldham, Rochdale and West Yorkshire, officers seized £10,000 in cash along with a large number of mobile phones.
