Workmen bringing down the steel girders at the former Oldham Motorcycles building
The Richard Cort garage has disappeared, the Oldham Motorcycles building is on the way out and the Borough Mill, above, is coming down.
All three are part of the Borough Mill triangle which is a key project in the Fitton Hill and Hathershaw New Deal for Communities project.
There are plans for up to 300 new homes, shops and offices, landscaping and open space in the area bounded by Ashton Road, Copster Hill Road and Schofield Street, Hathershaw.
