Police hunt for takeaway thug

E-fit of the man police want to find
POLICE have issued an e-fit of a man wanted in connection with an assault outside an Alt takeaway.
The 41-year-old victim was punched and kicked by a gang of youths who asked for a cigarette in Abbeyhills Road at 11pm on July 30.
They stole his mobile phone before running away.
He suffered a broken jaw in two places, a broken nose, a swollen left hand and minor cuts and bruises.
He has had metal plates inserted in his jaw, which will remain in place for the rest of his life.
The first offender is described as between 20 and 22 years old with a slim build. He is around 6ft with jaw-length blond hair with a fringe. He was clean shaven with a gaunt face and prominent cheek bones and spoke with a strong Mancunian accent.
He was wearing a black or blue hooded top with ‘busted’ written across the back of it and baggy blue jeans. Officers have issued an e-fit of this offender.
The second offender was white, 16-18 years old, with a stocky build, about 5ft 4in with blonde, mousy short hair. He had a flat bulbous nose and was wearing a black cotton padded jacket with a hoody with large pocket across the front with a zip fastener. He also wore black or dark blue tracksuit bottoms and black Nike trainers
PC Ian Stockwell, of Oldham volume crime team, said: “If anyone recognises this man, or if the image jogs any memories, I would urge them to get in touch.”
