Toddler Thomas still on mend

A toddler who was seriously injured under the wheels of a wagon in Huddersfield Road, Hill Stores, is continuing to improve.
Thomas Wilshaw (2) suffered head injuries on August 27 when his pram was crushed under a refuse truck as he was being pushed across the road, and needed emergency surgery at the Manchester Children’s Hospital.
He is still being treated in hospital.
