Man found hanged

THE body of a man has been found hanged at a local nature area.
The man, named locally as Andrew Mark Crawford (25), from Oldham Road, Failsworth, was found near the waterway in Moston Brook, which crosses Hale Lane in Failsworth and Moston Lane East in New Moston, on Friday afternoon.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
The Failsworth community have been left saddened by the news.
A local shopkeeper, from Hardman Lane, said: “It is very sad, he was known locally. He used to come to my shop every weekend.”
Tributes have been paid on a page with almost 350 members on social networking site Facebook.
